→ More than 73 hours before: full refund
→ 48 to 72 hours before: credit (same year)
→ 47 hours or less before: no refund or credit
→ Late or no show: no refund, no credit
IF WE CANCEL
→ Ottawa Yacht crew are instructed to
immediately end a cruise if any of the
following occur, without refund: harassment
of crew, any violence, failing to adhere to
crew instructions, drunkenness, illicit
activity, intentionally throwing any garbage
overboard
→ If weather is unfavorable, a cruise may
be altered, modified, rescheduled, or
refunded, at our discretion
