Whoever paid must show valid government-issued photo ID
matching the credit card name.

2. Everyone Must Check In

Each guest must complete digital check-in before arriving.

3.  ARRIVE EARLY

Be there 15 minutes early.
Late arrivals = shorter cruise. No time extensions.

4.  NO PERSONAL FOOD OR DRINKS

🚫 No personal food or beverages allowed.

✅ Drinks available for purchase onboard.
🎁 Gifted alcohol must stay unopened and stowed.

5.  NO INTOXICATION

We don’t serve hard liquor.
🚷 Arriving or becoming intoxicated = removal without refund.
Police may be called.

6.  NO SMOKING OR VAPING OR MARIJUANA

This includes marijuana.
No smoking or vaping on the yachts or the docks.

7.  NO CAKE OR DECORATIONS

Yep, you read that right.
🚫 No cakes. No streamers. No balloons.

8.  RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED

Safety first.
If anyone refuses to follow the crew’s directions, the yacht returns to dock — no refund.
Police may be called.

9.  WEATHER & CANCELLING

☔ You cancel due to weather:
✅ With trip protection → refund (minus fees)
❌ Without trip protection → no refund

🌧️ We cancel due to weather:
You’ll get a refund, credit, or reschedule — our call.

10.  passenger count

This is a Transport Canada rule — no exceptions.
👶 Babies and toddlers do count as passengers.
(Crew doesn’t.)
