SAFETY

  • Mandatory comprehensive safety briefing before departure
  • Fully equipped yachts (life vests, first aid kit, Epi-pens, defibrillator, certified fire suppression)
  • Strict adherence to all crew safety instructions
  • Smoking, vaping, or drug use strictly prohibited onboard
  • Regular sanitization of yachts and diligent crew hygiene practices

FOOD

(Pre-order required 24 hours ahead)
  • No personal food permitted onboard
  • Freshly prepared daily by our onboard French Executive Chef
  • Exclusive à la carte menu:
    • Charcuterie: Individual gourmet boxes or platters (meats, cheeses, accompaniments)
    • Gourmet sandwiches: Italian, Vegetarian, Beef, or sandwich platter options, served with homemade chips

    • DRINKS

    (Special drinks pre-order at least 5 days ahead)
    • Fully licensed onboard alcohol sales (no personal beverages permitted)
    • No hard liquor or red wine sold onboard
    • Special bottle orders available upon request (order 4 days ahead)
    • Minimum age 18 for alcohol consumption (valid photo ID required)

    WHO

    • All ages welcome
    • Up to 12 guests per yacht, 24 total across both yachts
    • Children must be accompanied by an adult (max 4 per adult)
    • Marina and yachts are not universally accessible

    SCHEDULE

    • Season: May 17 – October 12
      • Wednesday: 4PM, 6PM, 8PM
      • Thursday to Sunday: 12PM, 2PM, 4PM, 6PM, 8PM
    • Cruises are 75 minutes
    • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure

    BOARDING

    • Digital check-in with valid government-issued photo ID required
    • Crew-assisted boarding and disembarking
    • Guests required to remove footwear onboard
    • Accessibility onboard yachts is limited
    • Guests visibly intoxicated will be denied boarding without refund

    • Free parking: 1089 Jacques-Cartier St., 140m from marina (click here)

    CHECK-IN & PAYMENT

    • Payment for and food & drinks on board is processed before disembarking
    • Payments onboard processed via Square (contactless accepted)
    • Valid government-issued photo ID required for credit card transactions
    • Gratuities are customary and appreciated for excellent service
    • Cleanup fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If You Cancel:
    • With trip protection: Full refund minus applicable fees (minimum 24-hour notice)
    • Without protection:
      • More than 73 hours notice: Full refund
      • 48 to 72 hours notice: Credit for same calendar year
      • Less than 47 hours or no-show: No refund or credit
    • Late or no show: no refund, no credit
    If We Cancel:
    • Immediate termination without refund for guest misconduct or safety violations
    • Weather-related cancellations may result in cruise alteration, rescheduling, or refunds at our discretion
