CAPTAIN IS ALWAYS IN CHARGE
- The captain is responsible for the safety and security of everyone on board
- If there’s an issue, speak with the crew — they will inform the captain
- The captain’s decision is final — consider it law on the water
- Follow the captain’s instructions without exception
RESPECT THE CREW
- Treat the crew with respect — they’re here to make your experience incredible
- Their priority is your safety and satisfaction
- Feel free to ask questions or share a laugh — they love what they do
- Please ask before including crew members in photos or videos
CONDUCT ON BOARD
- We have zero tolerance for unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior
- The captain is instructed to end any tour if passenger conduct poses risk
- Refunds will not be issued, and compensation to others may be charged
- Excessive intoxication may result in early termination without refund
COURTESY TO OTHERS
- On shared tours, please respect fellow guests — keep conversation volume considerate
- No speakerphone or personal music out loud — use earbuds if taking a call
CHECK-IN & BOARDING

Every adult must complete the Check-In before arriving at the marina. Government-issued photo ID is required.
- Wait on the sidewalk — do not enter the marina until greeted by crew
- Put phones and keys in your pocket or bag before stepping on docks
- Crew will assist with boarding and escort you to the yacht
THE "BAREFOOT" RULE
- Yachting is a barefoot experience unless you're wearing soft-soled boat shoes
- Please remove shoes and socks after boarding (unless otherwise instructed)
- Heels and black-soled shoes are not permitted on deck
- Crew will provide a basket for your belongings
AFTER BOARDING
- Crew will collect and stow personal items for safety
- Gifts containing alcohol must remain sealed in the cabin throughout the trip
- Engines will start — it’s time to cruise
RESPECT THE YACHT
- Treat the yacht as you would your most valued possession
- The cabin is off-limits except for washroom use (one person at a time)
- You may request a tour of the cabin before departure
- Please do not apply sunscreen, bug spray, or perfume while on deck
- No confetti, glitter, or party poppers allowed

ASK THE CREW

- Our crew is trained to anticipate and respond quickly

CONSERVE WATER
- Fresh water on board is limited
- Use it sparingly when washing hands, and always turn off taps
PROTECT THE RIVER
- Never throw anything overboard — hand it to the crew
- Use the onboard washroom — do not relieve yourself in the river
SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS
- Strictly prohibited onboard and on marina grounds
- Enforced by Transport Canada regulations
BEFORE DISEMBARKING
- Crew will collect garbage, dishware, food, etc.
- They will process any remaining food/drink payments and gratuities
- Retrieve all personal items, especially from the bow or cabin
- Put your footwear back on
DISEMBARKING
- Ensure phones and keys are secured in a pocket or bag
- Only disembark when told it's safe by the Captain
- Crew will gladly assist
GRATUITIES
