Package pricing & inclusions

Your package subtotal combines the yacht rental and the included food-and-drink package for every guest: $55 per guest for 2 hours, or $69 per guest for 3 hours. Selecting fewer food portions does not reduce the package price. Choose charcuterie, sandwiches or a mix.

Wine, cocktails and craft beer are chosen onboard. Soda and water are included throughout. Add extra food, prepaid drinks, bottles of Prosecco or decorations when booking. The company or individual guests can pay for any drinks beyond the prepaid allowance at the end of the tour.

Weekend rates apply Friday from 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday. GST (5%), QST (9.975%), an 18% gratuity on food and paid drinks, and the 6% booking fee are additional.

When to choose: Select your included food and any optional extras when booking. Final food choices, dietary needs and decoration orders are due at least 48 hours before departure. Prosecco can also be pre-ordered on the day of your tour.

Drinks onboard: Choose all drinks on the yacht. Any drinks beyond your prepaid allowance can be paid for by the company or individual guests at the end of the tour.

Deposits & payment: All food and decoration orders require a 50% deposit. Follow your booking confirmation for corporate-package payments and the remaining balance.

Taxes & gratuity: Prices above are for optional extras, before tax. An 18% gratuity applies to the included food-and-drink package and additional food and paid drinks. Decorations are $99 plus tax, with no gratuity.

Decorations: Supplies, setup and removal are included. Arrangements may vary from the photographs.

Yes. Our private corporate yacht tours on the Ottawa River are suited to team celebrations, employee appreciation, client entertainment and small-group networking. Choose 2 or 3 hours, with catered food and included drinks for your guests.

What is included in the package?

Your private yacht, Captain and First Mate, one food portion per guest, one alcoholic drink per guest per hour, and soda and water throughout. Choose a 2-hour or 3-hour tour. Taxes, gratuity and booking fee are additional.

Do we need 12 guests?

No. Food portions and included alcoholic drinks follow your actual guest count, with no minimum guest charge. The yacht rental is a fixed amount: one yacht for 1–12 guests, or both for 13–24.

When do we choose our food and check in?

Confirm food choices and dietary needs at least 48 hours before departure. Every adult must complete guest check-in before arriving. The link is in your booking email and is texted to the organizer on the morning of your tour.

What if there is bad weather?

Light rain does not automatically cancel a tour. Your Captain assesses conditions. If we cancel, you can choose a refund or future-tour credit.

          TERMS & CONDITIONS

          GUEST RULES

          1. Follow safety instructions. Listen to the safety briefing and follow the Captain’s and crew’s instructions. In an emergency, follow instructions immediately. Wait for crew assistance when boarding and disembarking, and move carefully on decks and steps.

          2. Supervise children. Toddlers and small children must wear an appropriately fitted lifejacket throughout the tour. The accompanying adult is responsible for supervising them. All guests must follow the Captain’s instructions about wearing lifejackets.

          3. Respect the crew and other guests. We have zero tolerance for unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour, or excessive intoxication. Boarding will be refused if you arrive intoxicated. Misconduct during the tour may result in removal at the nearest marina or the cruise ending early, without refund. In either case, police will be called to meet the yacht. The Captain has final authority over vessel operations and passenger safety.

          4. No swimming or water entry. Swimming and entering the water are prohibited. In an emergency, follow the Captain’s instructions.

          5. Follow onboard rules. No outside food, cake, drinks, bottled water or decorations. No smoking, vaping or recreational drug use onboard or on the docks. Remove shoes and socks after boarding unless the crew instructs otherwise; soft-soled, non-marking boat shoes are permitted. No heels or marking soles.

          6. Care for yourself, the yacht and the river. Stay hydrated and tell the crew if you feel unwell. Apply sunscreen before boarding, not onboard. No confetti, glitter or party poppers. Never throw anything overboard; hand rubbish to the crew.

          UNDERSTANDING THE RISKS

          These terms apply to the tour identified by the date and start time in this check-in form, including boarding and disembarking. Ottawa Yacht Tours means Ottawa Yacht Tours Inc.

          Yacht travel involves risks, including waves, wakes, changing weather, unexpected vessel movement, slippery surfaces, trips and falls, collisions, accidental immersion, hypothermia, capsizing, drowning, heat, dehydration, illness and the actions or mistakes of passengers, crew or others. These risks may cause injury, death or loss of belongings, even when safety precautions are taken.

          I understand these risks and agree to follow the guest rules and crew instructions. These terms are subject to applicable Canadian law, including maritime law. Nothing here excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Ottawa Yacht Tours retains any protections and limits of liability available under applicable law.

          By checking below, I confirm that I have read and understood these terms and risks and agree to follow the guest rules. I will provide accurate check-in information and my own identification. If I list minors, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian, or have permission from their parent or legal guardian to check them in and accompany them, and accept responsibility for supervising them.
